Send a file

Building-permit files checked before submission, with the source of every finding.

Upload the file as PDF or DWG. Atria recalculates site coverage and floor area ratio, compares the technical description with the drawings, the planning certificate and local rules, and tells you what needs fixing.

Three steps, from files to a clear list of corrections.

1

Upload the file

The technical description, drawings and planning certificate as PDF, scanned or not, or the drawings as DWG. Files go straight to private storage in Frankfurt.

2

Atria checks

It reads every page, recalculates the indicators from the areas and compares values across the description, drawings, certificate and local rules.

3

You get the note

Every finding cites its file and page. Values marked “certain” are guaranteed, or the file is free.

Tested on real permit files.

Submit once

See before submission what the planning office would send back: indicators that do not match, missing documents, approvals required by the certificate. Fix it the same day, not a month later.

What architects and chief architects ask us.

Which files does Atria check?

Files for planning certificates and building permits in Romania: houses, extensions, office buildings, detailed and zonal plans, as PDF, including scans, and drawings as DWG or DXF.

Does the note replace the approval?

No. The note shows what does not match and where, with the source of every finding. The decision stays with the architect and the institution.

How long does it take?

You get an email when the file is checked, and the note appears in your account.

Does anything need installing?

No. Atria runs on our platform; you only upload files from your browser.

Upload your PDFs or DWG drawings and we send you the note.
